Background

I began my career as an operator, co-founding and scaling multiple early-stage technology companies. One of them, during the initial adoption phase of commercial LED lighting—years before the category became mainstream.

That experience, along with subsequent advisory and operating work, provided a firsthand education in:

- building ahead of demand

- navigating uncertainty and constraint

- aligning people, capital, and execution

- and understanding how fragile momentum can be without structure

Those lessons continue to shape how I think, write, and engage today.

My advisory work with sponsors, founders, and operating companies is conducted privately through my capital alignment and strategic advisory firm.
